At FLP GEARS, precision begins with patterns. Our advanced pattern making and cutting process ensures each sportswear and team uniform we manufacture fits perfectly, performs exceptionally, and reflects your team identity with pride. From the initial pattern design to final inspection, every step is closely monitored by our expert team.
Pattern Making & Scanning
Our skilled pattern designers create custom patterns tailored to your product specifications. Once designed, each pattern is scanned digitally using advanced CAD/CAM technology for accuracy and consistency in every size and style.
GGT Paper Pattern
We use GGT paper patterns for bulk production. These graded templates guide our cutting department to ensure each piece matches the intended design and size specification with minimum material wastage and optimal efficiency.
Cake Cutting
The cake cutting method is used for bulk fabric cutting, where layers of fabric are stacked and cut simultaneously. This technique increases productivity while maintaining uniformity across all garments.
Manual Cutting
For custom or complex designs, manual cutting is performed by experienced professionals. This allows us to maintain precision where machine cutting might not reach, especially for detailed or limited-edition products.
Cutting after Sublimation
Once sublimation printing is completed, we use state of the art laser cutting machine to do the printed fabric cutting by following the outlines. This ensures the graphics and logos are positioned exactly where intended on the final uniform, maintaining design accuracy.
