Welcome to FLP Gears (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.flpgears.com (the “Site”) and our services, including but not limited to the manufacturing and delivery of custom sportswear, team uniforms, and related products (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

Custom Orders and Product Manufacturing

All our products are made-to-order and tailored based on customer specifications (designs, sizes, colors, logos).
Once a design is approved and production begins, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted unless explicitly stated.
Turnaround time is typically 3 to 4 weeks after confirmation, depending on order volume and design complexity.

Payments

We accept payments via PayPal, bank transfers, Western Union, Remitly, Moneygram or other methods agreed upon during order confirmation.
50% advance payment is required to initiate production; the remaining 50% must be paid before shipment.
All prices are quoted in USD unless specified otherwise.
FLPGears is not responsible for any additional international transaction fees or currency conversion charges.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or other reliable courier services.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Clients are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in their country.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

As all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or differs significantly from the approved specifications.
Any claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
In such cases, clear photos and evidence must be provided, and we will offer a replacement or partial refund after verification.

Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and images on our Site are the intellectual property of FLPGears and cannot be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.
Custom logos and artwork provided by clients remain the property of the client. We assume you have the legal right to use any logos or graphics you submit.

Client Confidentiality

FLPGears respects the privacy and confidentiality of all client communications, designs, and business data.
We will never share, sell, or publish any client designs or details without written consent.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request for added legal protection.

Limitation of Liability

FLPGears is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sialkot, Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

FLPGears reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance.
